GUESS KLCI CLOSING INDEX TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("T&C")

This is a contest to guess the FTSE BURSA MALAYSIA Kuala Lumpur Composite Index ("KLCI"). The closing date falls on 30 September 2015 and there are Two (2) iPhone 6 Plus, Three (3) iPhone 6 and Five (5) Samsung S6 to be won.

A. Contest

1. This contest is open to all Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad ("HLIB") clients who have successfully subscribed to AND are valid subscribers of our "E-Statement Facility" ("Clients") during the following period: beginning 7 September 2015 until 5 pm on 18 September 2015 ("Submission Period") ("Eligible Client").

2. Each Eligible Client is entitled to submit one (1) entry (guess).

3. The Eligible Client is entitled to submit only one (1) entry (guess) even though the Eligible Client may be maintaining multiple trading accounts with HLIB. Multiple entries by the same client may result in immediate disqualification without any notice to the client.

B. General Terms and Conditions

1. The Eligible Client must submit his/her predictions within the Submission Period provided for the KLCI Closing Index Date on 30 September 2015.

2. All entries shall be submitted to HLIB via the HLeBroking Portal. The predictions must provide for and read up to two decimal places, for example, "1815.11".

3. Employees of HLIB and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the contest.

4. Prize Restriction

   • Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other benefits in kind. HLIB may at its absolute discretion substitute any prize advertised with another prize of equal or greater value as it deems necessary or expedient and no further enquiry will be entertained.
   • All prizes will be couriered to client’s last known correspondence address  maintained with HLIB or collected from HLIB office within one (1) month from   notification by HLIB.

5. Determination of Winning Entries

• Particulars of winners will be announced or uploaded onto the HLeBroking webpages. The Client's entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed as the Client's express consent to such publication, processing and use of personal data.
• Winners will be determined based on the closest match to the day-end closing index of Bursa Malaysia on 30 September 2015, up to two (2) decimal places. The entry must have the exact 4 digit and two decimal places prediction correct to be the winner as stated in item (4) above. In the event and for any reason whatsoever Bursa Malaysia is not open for trading on 30 September 2015, the Market Day immediately subsequent shall be substituted for the Closing Index Date on 30 September 2015. “Market Day” means a day on which Bursa Malaysia is open for trading in securities.
• In the event of a draw for any of the prizes (i.e. there is more than one correct (or equally close) prediction), HLIB will determine the prize winner by way of drawing of lots to be witnessed by two members of HLIB’s Compliance Department..
• HLIB will contact all winners based on the information maintained in our records. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is up-to-date and accurate.
• HLIB shall not be liable for any inability/failure to notify the client of the contest’s results due to the Client’s failure to provide adequate or updated/current contact details to HLIB.
• In the event that any of the winners are not contactable by HLIB within five (5) business days from the initial attempted notification, HLIB shall be entitled, at its sole discretion to disqualify such winner and forfeit the designated prize.
• Non-compliance with any of the terms contained herein may result in disqualification from the contest at HLIB’s discretion.
• By participating in the contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that HLIB’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

6. Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent or permission to HLIB to use the winners' pictures and/or name and/or other particulars and/or likeness for HLIB's advertising and promotion purposes or otherwise, without further compensation and notification to the winner and/or without further authorization being required from the winner.

8. By participating in the contest, the Client hereby confirms and agrees that all personal data provided to HLIB by the client and/or acquired by HLIB from the public domain, as well as personal data that arises as a result of this contest will be used and processed in accordance with the HLIB Privacy Policy as may be varied from time to time. The Client further agrees and authorises the disclosure and use of his/her name and other contact details in accordance with the terms contained herein.
